Working philosophy

An approach that goes beyond the standard - combining expertise, human values and dedication to every client.

The lawyer of the 21st century should no longer be considered only as a problem solver in existing relationships arisen (problem solvers), but among those who help their clients avoid such problems in the future (problem avoiders), and nurturing long-term lawyer-client relationships is key in this. In resolving conflicts, human skills are the most important. Today, not a single professional, not even a legal one, can succeed if he relies only on the knowledge and skills of his profession.

VALUES

Excellence can never be achieved, but should always be strived for. I am strongly motivated to achieve excellence. Constantly improving professional and human virtues and offering individual approach to each client in creating the most adequate solutions for their needs.

MISSION

To help clients in finding the most optimal solutions facing the challenges and dynamism of law and regulations.

ETHICS

In performing complex legal services, I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards - in relations with one's own party, opposing party, other lawyers, courts, other state bodies and bodies with public powers.

Give me the facts, I will give you law

Da mihi factum, dabo tibi ius
